EXTENSION FOR TEMPORARY REVISION OF CHANGI AIRPORT SURCHARGE
Please be informed that there will be an extension period of 6 months for temporary revision for Every trip starting from Changi Airport, Changi Airport Freight Centre, Airport Police Station and Airport Logistics Park of Singapore from 1 Jan 2023 to 30 Jun 2023. There will be another 12 months extension period from 1 July 2023 00:00 hrs to 30 June 2024 23:59 hrs. The surcharge will be as follow :-
Monday to Sunday (17:00 hrs – 23:59 hrs) $8.00
All other timing $6.00
TEMPORARY IMPLEMENTATION OF TAXI LOCATION PICK UP SURCHARGE FOR MANDAI WILDLIFE GROUP
Please be informed that wef from 1 August 2022 00:00 hrs to 30 June 2023 23:59 hrs. There will be a taxi location pick up surcharge of $3.00 from Taxi Point of Singapore Zoo / River Wonders / Night Safari and Bird Paradise and the applicable time period is from 13:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs daily.
There will be another 12 months extension period from 1 July 2023 13:00 hrs to 30 June 2024 23:59 hrs.

Lost and found
Customers can collect their belongings from the Company during office hours, 08:30 hrs to 18:00 hrs, Mondays to Fridays.
However, should they request our taxi drivers to deliver the belonging upon recovery to their preferred address, they are required to pay the metered fare.
All recovered properties found on board our vehicles will be kept for three (3) months under the requirement by the Land Transport Authority.
Note: Any unclaimed found properties for the month of , is to be retrieve by the customer before . After which, all items will be donated to Charity Organisation.
