Taxi Vocational License (TVL)
To join us as a cabby driver, you are required by the relevant authorities to obtain a Taxi Driver's Vocational License (TDVL) issued by Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore. TVL can be obtained by undergoing the TVL Training Course, supervised by Singapore Taxi Academy (STA). Further information can be found here.
Becoming one of our drivers...
You can come down to our Transcab HQ located at Ang Mo Kio to register as a driver with us. Please bring the following documents with you in order to complete your application:
- Identity card
- Driving license, with qualified class 3
- Two (2) copies of passport photograph
- Valid Taxi Driver's Vocational License (TDVL) and receipt
