Please be informed that there will be an extension period of 6 months for temporary revision for Every trip starting from Changi Airport, Changi Airport Freight Centre, Airport Police Station and Airport Logistics Park of Singapore from 1 Jul 2022 to 31 Dec 2022. There will be another 6 months extension period from 1 January 2023 00:00hrs to 30 June 2023 23:59hrs. The surcharge will be as follow :-

TEMPORARY IMPLEMENTATION OF TAXI LOCATION PICK UP SURCHARGE AT 80 MANDAI LAKE ROAD
Please be informed that wef from 1 August 2022 @ 00:00 hrs to 31 December 2022 @ 23:59 hrs. There will be a taxi location pick up surcharge of $3.00 from Taxi Point of Singapore Zoo / River Wonders / Night Safari and the applicable time period is from 16:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs daily.
There will be another 6 months extension period from 1 January 2023 00:00hrs to 30 June 2023 23:59hrs.

ERP |

| A $0.30 services charge on top of the total taxi fare is applicable for NETS, NETS QR and Flash Pay Payment. | |
| A 10% administrative charge on top of the total taxi fare is applicable for credit and Charge Card Payment. The prevailing GST is chargeable on top of the 10% administrative charge. | |
Lost and found
Customers can collect their belongings from the Company during office hours, 8:30am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays.
However, should they request our taxi drivers to deliver the belonging upon recovery to their preferred address, they are required to pay the metered fare.
All recovered properties found on board our vehicles will be kept for three (3) months under the requirement by the Land Transport Authority.
Note: Any unclaimed found properties for the month of , is to be retrieve by the customer before . After which, all items will be donated to Salvation Army.
